Vicki Barnitt
Tampa, Florida
Vicki Barnitt has devoted her 28 years in education to making the future brighter for students with disabilities and their families. Vicki is a founding member of the Florida Inclusion Network (FIN), a statewide organization funded through the Florida Department of Education with federal assistance under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. FIN provides professional development, technical assistance, and resources to educators and families in the development and implementation of inclusive practices for students with disabilities. Vicki has worked or consulted with NEP since 2000.

Dr. Dalane Bouillion
Houston, Texas
Dalane E. Bouillion currently serves as the Associate Superintendent for Curriculum and Instructional Services in Spring Independent School District in Houston, Texas. She served as an elementary school principal in a large suburban school district, and was named Principal of the Year for 2005-2006. Dr. Bouillion has served as an adjunct professor for Stephen F. Austin State University in the Department of Secondary Education and Educational Leadership. Her research interests include issues surrounding social justice, systemic change, and smaller learning environments.
Houston, Texas

Lynn Daugherty
Portland, Oregon
Lynn Daugherty's “service to people” began with a nursing career in Sacramento, California. She left the health field to work in travel and tourism and now works full time for the Helms-Brisoe Corporation. Lynn is NEP's representative in contract negotiations with hotels for hosting the annual SLC International Conference, Leadership Retreats, and regional events. Lynn has become immersed in NEP's mission of equipping educators to provide every student equal access to success. She has served on Beacon School application review teams and consulted on NEP relationships with other organizations.

She currently serves as head of the Cultural Academy for the Arts & Sciences (CAAS) in Brooklyn, New York. CAAS is NEP's Lab School. Diane has served on Beacon School application reviews and TINA needs assessment teams. She coordinates the NEPwork network of high schools in five states that are transitioning to small learning communities/career academies. She is also a primary designer and teacher of NEP's highly acclaimed Leadership Lab for new and veteran administrators, and NEP's Administrative Apprenticeship Program.
