INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
All presentations are 75 minutes in length. Rooms are set up in banquet style rounds. LCD, screen, flip chart and markers are provided. Any additional equipment needed you will either have to bring, or make arrangements to rent from the Park Hyatt at Beaver Creek. All transportation costs associated with the conference are assumed by the presenter.

If your session is accepted, the conference registration fee is waived for Presenter 1. Any additional presenters will be required to pay the regular conference registration fee.
