NATIONAL EDUCATOR PROGRAM - NEP

Expect Excellence

The National Educator Program’s International Leadership Fellows Institute is a year-long professional program designed to challenge and strengthen exceptional, early-career principals and promising candidates to be future administrators. The Institute's goal is to develop principals with the knowledge, skills, and vision to lead progressive, innovative schools where teachers are empowered to be leaders and all students have equal access to success. Participants attend intensive retreats and virtual working seminars where they investigate the challenges of effective school leadership and the skills required to meet them.''

A partnership of NEP, Colorado State University, and Pasco County Schools in Florida USA, the International Leadership Fellows Institute is one of the premier leadership development courses for educators in world. It is not only a profound addition to your resume, it is a life skills training for career-long improvement and growth in school leadership.
